Shredders, Wood Shredders and Waste Baling Machines

A competitively priced horizontal baler that incorporates ease of operation and a robust design. It is offered with the choice of two load conveyors and a prong shaper to reduce the need for pallets.Established in 1997, Riverside Waste Machinery Ltd (RWM) are now one of the largest independent distributors of wood shredder and waste baling machines in the United Kingdom and pride themselves on a providing an efficient, problem-free solution to all recycling and waste handling requirements.

Based in Roecliffe, just off the A1 in North Yorkshire, our company are the sole UK distributors for UNTHA shredders (Austria), who are renowned for quality design and superior shredding performance, having designed and patented the very first 4-shaft shredder over 25 years ago.  Utilising single, twin and the 4-shaft technology, UNTHA shredders can be used to shred virtually any material including tyres, rubbers, computers (WEEE directive), foams, light metals, wood, paper, security destruction and many different types of plastics for recycling.

The RS60 and RS100 have been developed from the RS50 series. Our extensive experience with the smaller series has been incorporated into the design of what is currently the largest four-shaft series available from UNTHA Shredders. The RS60 and RS100 machines are also equipped with the patented UNTHA four-shaft system with perforated screen (patent number 319535). With a cutter clearance width of 1.5 m and height of 1 m, the machines in both series are capable of shredding up to 10,000 kg of material per hour with a driving force of 100 kW. The features on offer mean that an extremely wide range of materials can be shredded.

We supply a comprehensive range of efficient, inexpensive vertical waste baling machines for waste bales of between 40kg – 600kg.  The full range of wood shredders and waste baling machines is available ex-stock with servicing, consumables and delivery anywhere in the country.

We believe Customers want simple, low-cost, quality waste baling machines. The RWM 75, produces a 75kg waste bale and is one of the most popular in the range. RWM are now so confident in the build quality and performance of the model 75 that they give a two-year warranty as standard.
