ISYS Interactive Systems provide software applications to Waste & Recycling companies throughout the UK & Ireland. The company was formed in 1979 and has been active in the Waste Management Industry since that time.

 

The company is Derby based with 16 employees and our software is used by some major companies throughout the UK. The product range covers a wide range of operations: Transfer Stations, Skip Companies, Hazardous Waste collection and disposal, clinical waste, waste to energy plants, recycling companies, landfill & quarry, metal recycling & WEEE.

All software is SQL based and has extensive reporting capabilities with Crystal reports.

 

Gatehouse - Waste Management Software

Gatehouse is a Transfer Station / data collection package and features a quotation facility, pricing of materials (in and out) together with a number of units of measure (loads, Cu M, weight etc). The system has a full materials location logging facility with site material transfers. The system allows printing of Weighbridge Tickets and it has a full billing and invoicing engine.

Numerous reports are available from the system and if the extensive reports listing is not sufficient it has a Reports Generator which allows access to almost ever data field where reports can be designed and exported.

The system links to most accounts packages.

Skipmam - Collection Management Software

This is our collections package and normally links fully with Gatehouse. Skipman has an enquiry / quotation facility where customer details can be input and quotations swiftly produced linking to Word templates. The system allows the holding of price data down to individual site / Material/ Disposal point level and pricing updates can be done from 1 customer on 1 site with 1 material going to 1 disposal point to across the board (by £ or %).

The system allows vehicles to be scheduled and tickets printed either on single ad-hoc work or regular collections. Tickets and Drivers sheets can all be printed. The system has a huge reporting capability and links fully with most accounts packages.

Isys Mobile - Hand Held Managment Software

Skipman can have an optional Hand-held facility which works on the Windows Mobile network. Scheduling from Skipman can be received on the device, including all driver information. On arrival the loads can be checked in and all signature capture can be completed by the system which will update the main system at head office. Isys mobile caters for arrival both at own Transfer station or a third party location where weighbridge information can be input.

SWOPS

SWOPS is Isys Hazardous Waste product, this operates from Enquiry, through pricing, sampling (with full chemist checking facility)) through acceptance, vehicle scheduling, arrival of waste and checking and storage and onward disposal. Full Billing and Invoicing is included. Optional Handheld facilities can allow Bar Coding and scanning of consignments.
